Leshinsky Consulting, at the city’s request, recently modeled a comprehensive feasibility analysis for the city of Pawtucket, RI. The study examined the risk and opportunity of building a $43 million dollar multi use complex in Downtown Pawtucket.  The study included a market analysis, financial pro forma, projection and an optimization plan.
